Grenache gris in earthenware jars with 6 months of juice/berry maceration. Mourvèdre in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, MLF completed.
Blended and bottled in February
3000 bouteilles, Bottled unfined and unfiltered
Fresh and fruity nose with notes of crushed strawberry. Gourmet and fluid palate supported by a discreet tannic structure. Aromatic explosion!
Perfect with Mediterranean cuisine, tapas, antipasti, grilled fish, pasta alla puttanesca. Fresh goat cheese, fruit chutney. Strawberry salad, lime zest.
