A parcel of Roussanne located on a plateau at 200m altitude. A wine with good substance supported by a minerality and a freshness out of the ordinary for this grape variety. To be drunk or kept for several years for beautiful emotions.

Aged in clay for 12 months

Tasting Note

Chiselled nose with notes of tangy white fruit. Ample and delicate on the palate, held together by a beautiful acidity. Endless length.
