Nose and palate full of elegance, with ripe fruit and sweet spices. Complex palate combining depth, finesse, silky tannins, magnificent persistence.
Refined cuisine! Very nice pairings with duck, veal and also cheeses, St Nectaire or a sheep's tomme
Will develop towards notes of sweet spices, leather and blond tobacco
Decant and serve at 15ºC
